My yoga classes are gentle, calming, nourishing flows combined with ayurvedic ethos – supporting you to leave stress and busy behind and step into a calm and energised state (and yes it is possible to feel calm and energised at the same time!!)
I teach for all levels and everyone is welcome. I incorporate breathwork, embodied movement and yoga nidra using a slow flowing style of movement that I encourage you to embody. This creates a wonderful connection with mind and body.
During the summer season I run a beach yoga class - sign up to the mailing list for to be the first to know about the classes.
I love nature connection and will teach outside whenever the weather allows as I absolutely love us to embody that feeling of being a part of nature and to truly connect with the natural world around us. I will be teaching outside during the warmer months from April 2024.
