This special 3 night retreat takes place in a wonderfully secluded spot hidden away from the world. Our aim is to provide a place of nurture and peace to allow one to explore ways to restore all aspects of the self, through yoga, meditation, nature connection and Ayurveda.

Our venue Highcliffe Cornwall, is situated between Rock and Polzeath on Cornwall’s north coast. It is a family business, with a deep love, connection and history with this part of the world. A true sanctuary in which to unwind, rest and find nourishment.
All of the bedrooms really are bedrooms to dream in.
Most of the rooms are twin with the exception of the King which can be shared or enjoyed as single occupancy.
North Cornwall has some of the most stunning stretches of coastline, countless walks and some of the UK’s best beaches.

The Rest and Restore retreat was just what I needed at a perfect time. The surroundings in the woodland were beautiful and restorative and the ayurvedic balanced food was delicious. IT was well prepared, with our treat bag waiting for us including a notebook and pencil to record our intentions and thoughts as the weekend progressed, something that was invaluable.
Cait and Sophia led us in wonderful sessions of yoga, meditation and teaching all themed and enlightening as well as enjoyable. After the retreat I really did feel rested and restored and that some serious blockages had shifted through the course of the practices.
Setting and revisiting intentions through the retreat was a new thing for me and opened up a new way of thinking and tackling things.
Each session was well led and informative and well structured. One of the great elements was the free time to walk, meditate or just rest or chat with others! Not being on a strict moment to moment schedule was definitely a great way to rest and restore.
I was not the only one sad when it came to the time to say goodbye and leave our forest haven back to the real world. It was a proper escape from everything for a few precious days, and one I hope to repeat again.

An early morning guided breath work, meditation and journaling practice.
Each morning you will enjoy an energising fun Vinyasa Yoga class suitable for all levels (whether you are a complete beginner or practice yoga regularly).
A guided foraging coastal walk and sauna/sea swim (for the brave!) on Saturday with the opportunity to surf for those surfer chics amongst you.
Each evening, I will be teaching a delicious relaxing melt in the mat Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra, with plenty of dreamy hands on assists.
In between classes you will have plenty of time to relax, explore the breath taking area or take advantage of the gym (you will have full access to this as a guest).
This will truly be a restful and nurturing experience away from life – allowing you to truly BE and come home to yourself…
Nourishing food is a big part of our retreats and fresh seasonal produce will be prepared daily by our wonderful onsite chef. Your delicious breakfast, light lunch and dinner is included in the price of your retreat with plenty of healthy snacks and drinks available throughout the day.
